A year of protecting the places we love
Our 2024–25 Gratitude Report is now available — and this year’s edition tells a story of what New Brunswickers can achieve together.
From the very first page, this year’s report is a celebration of care in action: a community rising to protect the places that shape our lives, our memories, and our future. Thanks to supporters, volunteers, partners, and conservation-minded landholders across the province, we added 22 new properties to our network this year — the most in our history.
These pages are filled with stories of people who stepped forward for nature:
Land donors who placed cherished forests, floodplains, and riverlands into permanent protection.
Community members and Indigenous partners working toward shared stewardship and reconciliation.
Volunteers and field teams restoring habitats, listening to birdsong through our Soundscape Project, and caring for preserves year-round.
