ELLA MCLEAN (she/her/elle)
CONSERVATION FIELD TECHNICIAN

Ella McLean is an Appalachian Hardwood Forest (AHF) technician in the Conservation Department. She recently graduated from Holland College with a diploma in environmental applied science technology and is currently a forestry student at the University of New Brunswick.

Originally from Quispamsis, New Brunswick, McLean spent her childhood sailing on the Kennebecasis River and hiking in the province’s forests with friends and family. With her strong connection to the outdoors, she is eager to pursue a career in forestry and environmental conservation.

In her free time, McLean enjoys gardening and playing rugby. At the Nature Trust, she is most excited to explore the native and rare flora found in Appalachian Hardwood Forests.
