DIRECTOR

Dr. Anthony Taylor is an Associate Professor of Forest Ecology and Management at the University of New Brunswick where he teaches courses on forest management and ecological modelling. His research laboratory focuses on the development and application of ecological models to better understand and predict the effects of management strategies and climate change on forest resources (e.g., biodiversity and carbon). Anthony holds a BSc. in Environmental Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a MSc. and PhD. in Forest Ecology from Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Anthony, his wife, and four children enjoy spending their time outdoors, appreciating many of the natural wonders New Brunswick has to offer. In particular, they spend much of their time in the Chiputneticook Lakes area of southwestern New Brunswick, exploring the lakes and trails, and playing in their woodlot.
