Growing up and benefiting from the natural world in New Brunswick has driven Kate to work toward contributing to its conservation.

With a background in freshwater and coastal ecology (bachelor’s and master’s degrees), Kate is looking forward to developing skills in on-the-ground land conservation.

She is excited to be working with the Nature Trust of New Brunswick this summer as a field technician.

In her spare time, Kate enjoys outdoor activities and is searching for the perfect outdoor cooking spot.
