LOCATION: Sea Dog Cove Nature Preserve, Summerville

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: Moderate, kid-friendly (ages 10+)

Join our stewards and staff and help us remove invasive species from the Sea Dog Cove Nature Preserve. We will be working to remove Woodland Angelica, in order to protect the native wildlife that inhabits this preserve. While you’re visiting, be sure to check out the stunning lookouts along the Sea Dog Cove trail.

PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING:

  • Appropriate work clothing;
  • Closed toed shoes or hiking boots;
  • Water and snacks;
  • Sunscreen and DEET free insect repellent;
  • Tools for invasive removal (optional).

HOW TO GET HERE: Participants can access the Invasive Species Removal event by parking along the road, near 33 Summerville Road, Summerville, NB, E5S 1G4.
