For over 32 years, The Nature Trust of New Brunswick has been protecting and stewarding wild spaces throughout the province and engaging with the public about the importance of conservation.

This year, we invite you to join us and discover the beautiful and diverse natural spaces we protect with our first edition of the Passport to Nature, which features 40 events held throughout the seasons at over 20 of our conserved properties. With experienced guides and Nature Trust volunteers, you will be led through a fully immersed experience of New Brunswick nature.

We acknowledge that our events will take place on the unceded territories of the Mi’gmaq, Wolastoqey and Peskotomuhkati First Nations.

This Passport to Nature has been created with you in mind, whether you are a seasoned outdoor adventurer, a nature appreciator, new to outdoor adventures, or a family looking to enjoy the outdoors together. We have a variety of events for you to choose from, from unique volunteer opportunities, to gentle excursions, to paddles down the Wolastoq (Saint John) River, and more.

The creation and implementation of this Passport to Nature would not be possible without the support of the Alcool NB Liquor’s Community Foundation. We thank them for all of their support.

Most events will run rain or shine, however, some may be cancelled or moved to a rain date. Sign up for our monthly “Nature News” e-newsletter or follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to stay up to date with the latest event information.

We look forward to experiencing New Brunswick’s beautiful natural heritage with you!
