Join us for the 4th Annual Great Fundy Coastal Cleanup at the L’Etang Island Nature Preserve near St. George. 

The L’Etang Island Nature Preserve is comprised of the Park Islands, an archipelago of six small islands 20km due east of St. Andrews, New Brunswick in Charlotte County. This preserve totals 18 hectares (43.5 acres) and includes Cochrane’s Island, 8 hectares (19 acres), and one waterfront lot of 9 hectares (22 acres) on the mainland.

PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING:

  • Personal paddling equipment;

  • Boat;

  • Personal flotation device;

  • Closed toed shoes;

  • Appropriate clothing for weather;

  • Lunch/Snacks;

  • Water;

  • Sunscreen;

  • DEET Free Insect Repellant;

  • Work gloves (optional);

  • Pocket knife (optional);

  • Camera (optional).

MEETING LOCATION: The meeting location on the day of the cleanup will be at the Lewis Road Boat Launch in Pennfield. The boat launch is down the road from Blacks Harbour – turn right onto Justason Lane from Route 176.
