conservation planning assistant
Catherine joined the Nature Trust in the Summer of 2018, moving from Toronto. Having completed her schooling in Ontario, she holds a BSc. from the University of Guelph in Environmental Science, as well as a diploma from Fleming College's Ecosystem Management Technologist Program. This is her first time living in Eastern Canada, and her experiences in New Brunswick will definitely be held close to her heart. Catherine is amazed by the incredible work and passion the Nature Trust staff, board, and volunteers have put towards countless conservation and outreach programs. She is excited to continue learning and growing with the Nature Trust.
Favourite Nature Preserve: Western Isles Nature Preserve – quite the journey to get there, but so worth it. This was Catherine’s first ‘Great Fundy Clean-up’ site. The sunshine, ocean and remoteness of the preserve made it quite a peaceful experience.
