The Nature Trust of New Brunswick (Inc.1987) is a charitable land trust dedicated to preserving nature for the benefit of present and future generations of New Brunswick citizens. The aims of the Nature Trust are to identify, classify, protect and preserve natural areas and landscapes in New Brunswick which have outstanding biological, geological or aesthetic value and to foster in the people of New Brunswick an awareness and appreciation of their natural heritage. The Trust is directed by a volunteer Board of Trustees and, apart from government grants for special projects, is supported entirely by private donations. We are registered as a charitable organization in Canada and as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in the United States.
